Shipping Terms

These Shipping Terms explain how TREVANO handles order processing, shipment preparation, delivery estimates, address accuracy, lost packages, damaged shipments, split shipments, and customer responsibilities related to delivery.

1. Shipping Overview

TREVANO ships eligible outdoor, picnic, trail, and recreation-related products to supported delivery addresses. Shipping options, delivery estimates, and costs may vary based on product size, destination, order total, carrier availability, warehouse processing, and operational conditions.

Shipping information presented during checkout is an estimate unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery times may change due to carrier activity, order volume, holidays, weather, address issues, or other circumstances outside TREVANO’s control.

2. Order Processing

Orders may require processing time before shipment. Processing includes payment review, order verification, inventory confirmation, packing, labeling, and transfer to the carrier.

Processing may take longer during promotional periods, product launches, high-volume seasons, severe weather events, inventory transitions, or when additional order review is needed.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, TREVANO may contact the customer, offer an alternative, adjust the order, issue a refund for unavailable items, or cancel the affected portion of the order.

3. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address. This includes apartment numbers, suite numbers, building access details, postal codes, and any other information needed by the carrier.

TREVANO is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, returned packages, carrier fees, or lost shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inaccessible address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned because of an address issue, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs or other carrier-related charges.

4. Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are provided for planning purposes. They are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed shipping service is expressly offered and confirmed.

Carriers may experience delays due to weather, transportation disruptions, labor issues, regional conditions, security checks, customs processing, failed delivery attempts, or package volume. TREVANO cannot control carrier schedules once a package has entered the shipping network.

5. Tracking Information

When tracking is available, customers may receive tracking details after the order is prepared for shipment. Tracking information may take time to update after a label is created.

A tracking number showing label creation does not always mean the package has been scanned by the carrier. Carrier scans may appear later depending on pickup schedules, facility processing, and carrier systems.

6. Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages. Split shipments may occur when products are stored separately, have different packaging needs, are fulfilled from different locations, or require separate carrier handling.

Customers may receive more than one tracking number. Items shipped separately may arrive on different days even when they are part of the same order.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stalled Packages

If tracking stops updating or a package appears delayed, customers should allow reasonable time for carrier movement before requesting investigation. Some packages may miss scans while still moving through the carrier network.

TREVANO may assist with reviewing tracking information, confirming shipment details, and determining whether a carrier inquiry, replacement, refund, or other resolution is appropriate.

If the carrier confirms delivery but the customer cannot locate the package, the customer should check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, building staff, parcel lockers, and carrier notes before requesting further review.

8. Damaged Packages

If a package arrives visibly damaged, customers should keep the product, packaging, label, inserts, and all shipping materials until the issue is reviewed.

Customers should provide clear photos of the shipping box, damaged areas, product condition, and label. TREVANO may use this information to review the claim, coordinate with the carrier, and determine the appropriate resolution.

9. Delivery Confirmation

When tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the package may be considered delivered. TREVANO is not responsible for theft, misplacement, building access issues, or package handling after confirmed delivery unless otherwise required by applicable law or carrier claim rules.

Customers should choose a secure delivery address where packages can be received safely. If a location is prone to package theft or weather exposure, customers should consider using a more secure delivery location when available.

10. International Shipping

If international shipping is available, customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, inspection delays, or local delivery requirements. These charges may not be included in the product price or shipping amount shown at checkout.

TREVANO is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, import restrictions, local regulations, customs documentation review, or customer failure to pay import-related charges.

11. Undeliverable and Returned Packages

Packages may be returned to sender due to incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs fees, inaccessible location, or carrier restrictions.

If a package is returned to TREVANO, we may contact the customer to determine whether reshipment, refund, partial refund, or another resolution is available. Shipping charges may be deducted when the return is caused by customer-provided address issues or refusal of delivery.

12. Shipping Changes

TREVANO may update shipping methods, delivery areas, carrier partners, handling procedures, and shipping costs as business needs change. The Shipping Terms displayed on this page apply while posted.
